Warm Vinyasa Flow
Not too hot, not too cold...just right! Vinyasa is a sanskrit term meaning linking breath with movement. We will flow through poses, you'll sweat, you'll have fun, and you'll definitely listen to a wide range of music. I hope you will love it as much as I do.

Offered around lunch time, this class will give you a quiet sanctuary from your busy day. You can come dressed in your work clothes or street clothes. You can even bring your lunch. This class isn't about sweating, but about breath, gentle movement, and meditation. You'll leave with more energy and a clearer head to take on the rest of your day.
