Warm Vinyasa Flow

Not too hot, not too cold...just right!  Vinyasa is a sanskrit term meaning linking breath with movement.  We will flow through poses, you'll sweat, you'll have fun, and you'll definitely listen to a wide range of music.  I hope you will love it as much as I do.

Movement and Meditation

This class will give you a quiet sanctuary from your busy day.  This class isn't about sweating, but about breath, gentle movement, and meditation.  You'll leave with more energy and a clearer head to take on the rest of your day. 

All skill levels welcome.  No meditation experience necessary.

Yoga Trapeze

Instant inversion therapy, deeper yoga back bends, powerful core and upper body strengthening are just a few things you will get with the trapeze.  You can just sit and swing, getting upside down is safe and feels so good.

River of Sound

Ian Jorgensen will lead you through an hour of restorative sound meditation, using genuine Himalayan singing bowls. This meditation experience is used to decrease stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure and improve sleep. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

*Due to the relaxing nature of this class, we ask that participants arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class begins out of respect for the other attendees. Sign up using mindbody, $25 per person.
