Not too hot, not too cold...just right! Vinyasa is a sanskrit term meaning linking breath with movement. We will flow through poses, you'll sweat, you'll have fun, and you will discover more about yourself. I hope you will love it as much as I do.

Yoga Trapeze
Instant inversion therapy, deeper yoga back bends, powerful core and upper body strengthening are just a few things you will get with the trapeze. You can just sit and swing, getting upside down is safe and feels so good.
